Triton supplies desalination plants and leachate treatment plants, offering in both cases among our services the installation and interconnection of all its components, as well as the maintenance of the system.
Installation in 2 or 3 days
Quick and efficient Installation
Triton plants can be assembled as a compact unit, within a standard shipping container, or inside a machine room, from pre-assembled elements.
The compact plants are subjected to workshop tests before being sent to the client, so once the container arrives you only have to connect the unit to:
Feed supply (seawater, brackish water, leachate or industrial effluent, depending on the type of plant)
Product water evacuation system
Evacuation or collection system for brines or concentrates
Electrical power supply
The plants that are assembled in a machine room are delivered pre-assembled in different components, taking between 1 and 2 weeks to install.
Uninterrupted operation
Maintenance
Service contracts are available to cover all preventive, predictive, and repair maintenance.
Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance is scheduled when remote monitoring indicates that a regular maintenance procedure should be scheduled.
Predictive maintenance
Predictive maintenance is scheduled when the plant has sent a signal to indicate an upcoming problem or when an engineering improvement or upgrade is recommended.
Repairs
Repairs are scheduled when unexpected failures or less-than-desired operation occurs.
